With Leadr, pricing is per event to keep things simple and pay as you go for anyone wanting to use it. Each event licence includes unlimited captures so there's no limit on volumes. Bespoke enterprise options are also available on request, for organisations that need a custom data capture solution.

Leadr's built-in business card scanning allows you to quickly capture and extract contact details from business cards, badges and more at any event. Simply scan the item, map the fields and all details will automatically populate on your form, no manual data entry needed.

  • Our per event plan provides access to core features such as form creation, lead capture, data storage, and export options for each event.

  • We offer a demo event and also 5 test leads per event created to give you a chance to try the solution before your event goes live.

    Once 5 records have been captured, you won’t be able to capture more until the event is officially live. You can still use the full system during this time, but to download the records, you'll need to pay for the event.

  • There is no minimum contract length. You can select the per event plan that best suits your needs for individual events with data capture requirements.

  • No, there are no setup or installation fees. Our platform is easy to set up and use, and you can get started as soon as you sign up.

  • There is a limit of 10 users per account and 10 paired devices per event, regardless of the plan you choose, ensuring maximum flexibility for your team.

  • Yes, Leadr is designed to work for multiple events and locations. You can manage all your events and data from a single account, making it easy to track and organise your leads across different locations.

  • All plans include our full range of features. However, if you have a specific requirement for a feature we don't currently offer, please contact us.

  • We do not offer a money-back guarantee, as all accounts include a demo event for testing.

    Additionally, you can capture up to 5 test leads before the event goes live to ensure the system meets your needs.
